In this role you will be responsible for assisting the team with preparing, cooking and presenting quality dishes that 'wow' our customers, as well as various other kitchen duties as directed by the senior Chef on shift. You will also; Be a strong advocate for food safety and hygiene Ensure stock is controlled and rotated as required This is a full-time opportunity working 40 hours/week on a roster which will include nights and weekends.
